What size storage unit do I need?

Use our unit size guide to help you choose the right size storage unit. If you find your unit is too small or large for your needs, contact the manager to transfer to a new unit.

Should I insure my property?

The Storage Shedd offers insurance plans which can be set up with staff members when they are creating your lease.

How do I get my items to the unit?

The Storage Shedd features 100% ground-level, drive-up units to make your move easier, with computerized gate access and on-site management.

What security measures are used to protect my items?

Our facility is totally enclosed and completely surrounded by a laser operated security system which is tied into the local police and fire departments.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No you do not, in fact all contracts are month to month. 

When is my monthly rent due?

This is dependent on your move-in date. For example, if you move in on the 10th of the month, your rent is due each month on the 10th.

What happens if I miss a payment or am late on a payment?

If your rent is not paid within 5 days of its due date, there is an additional $5 charge. If your rent is not paid within 15 days of its due date, there is an additional $15 charge.

Can I set up auto pay for my storage space?

Yes. Many of our clients opt for the auto-pay option which can be set up with staff members when they are creating your lease.

What is your move-out policy?

The Storage Shedd gives a 10 day window to vacate. You are responsible for making sure your unit is clean and empty, or an additional cleaning fee charge of $100 will be applied. All units need to be inspected by staff before leaving.
